Fans can meet Bills legend Thurman Thomas and support M&T’s Gift of Warmth drive

Buffalo Bills legend Thurman Thomas will visit M&T Bank’s Hamburg branch Friday for the “Huddle Up for Warmth,” a special event that encourages Bills fans to donate winter hats, gloves, scarves and coats to support M&T’s annual Gift of Warmth drive.

Thomas will sign autographs, take photos and help rally fans ahead of Sunday’s big showdown against Baltimore. Fans who donate new winter-clothing items will be entered to win exclusive prizes, such as a pair of lower bowl tickets to Sunday’s game, an autographed jersey and an autographed helmet. Prize winners will be announced every half hour throughout the event.

M&T Bank’s Gift of Warmth drive, the region’s longest-running warm clothing collection program, provides winter gear to children and families served by The Salvation Army of Buffalo. Donations are accepted at all Western New York M&T branches until January 3.

Friday, December 6
12 p.m. to 2 p.m.
