Mafia Monday Interview with @2wheelinfury

Pro Player Insiders (web:, Twitter: @PlayerInsiders) is working to expand its scope from player perspective stories to also include the fans of the NFL, engaging with the league’s most passionate fanbases. We are proud to be the FIRST fanbase they contacted and are looking forward to helping blaze this trail for them.
Mafia Monday

Pro Player Insiders

The first visible example of our partnership is the cross-posting of our weekly feature, “Mafia Monday.” Mafia Monday was a very popular feature last year, where we interview a selected member of the FAMbase. This is an interactive element where members of our community can get to know each other and build unity by becoming a little transparent.

Week 2’s Mafia Monday interview is @2wheelinfury.

His real name is Joe and he describes himself as such: Loving husband, and father of 2. Desert Storm veteran, survivor of 5 strokes, cannot walk and barely talk, but everyday is a blessing and I’m glad to be here.

How long have you been a Bills Fan, and what’s your earliest Bills memory?
Since I was born in 1968. My fanhood was passed on from my father. My earliest memory is in 1973 (showing my age). 3rd game of the season, I went with my dad beat the Jets 9-7 on a last second field goal.

About Del Reid

Del Reid became a Bills fan shortly after coming into this world, having been raised in a home that actually had a framed picture of OJ Simpson on the wall in the living room (until it came down in 1994). Del has always had a passion for bringing people together to celebrate things they share in common. As a result, he (quite accidentally) ended up co-founding the #BillsMafia movement among Bills fans in social media -- which to this point is the coolest thing that has ever happened to him aside from his relationship with God, his wife, and his two awesome kids. Follow him on Twitter at @mrdeadlier.
